After-Hours Needs
If you need assistance outside of office hours, a 24-hour call center is available and can contact account managers for urgent needs.

• Trash pickup: Monday
• Trash and recycling bins may be placed out Sunday afternoon

If trash is present in the garage upon arrival, the maintenance supervisor will place it curbside on Monday morning.

Only service animals are permitted and must be registered with the office prior to arrival.

Gulf & Bay Club Bayside is not affiliated with Gulf & Bay Club. Bayside guests are NOT permitted to use Gulf and Bay Club amenities, including:
• Pools
• Courts
• Fitness room

Guests may only use the designated deeded beach access path. No deviation from the path is allowed for any reason. These rules are strictly enforced.

• To unlock: Enter your code, then press the checkmark
• To lock: Press the Yale button only
• After 3 incorrect attempts, the lock will shut down temporarily
• Wait approximately 5 minutes, then try again

⚠️ Some units require you to pull the door handle toward you before entering the code to unlock or before pressing the Yale button to lock.

• Central A/C and heat in all units

• All units are non-smoking

Yes. Each unit’s garage includes:
• Beach chairs
• One umbrella
• A beach cart

Yes, beach towels are provided in the unit. It is the guest's responsibility to launder their towels if necessary

The walk from the front of the community to the sand is approximately ¼ mile and typically takes 7–10 minutes.

Yes. The beach is private; however, Bayside guests may only use the area from the waterline to the tideline. Guests may not enter the red-flagged areas under any circumstances.

• Use the red oval fob attached to the pool keys in your key packet
• At the guard gate, enter through the pedestrian gate using the fob (swipe the fob).
• Stay on the brick paver pathway leading to the beach gate
• Beach wristbands are required and must be worn

⚠️ Please remain on the designated access path at all times. Straying from the path is not permitted.

Unfortunately, no. Gulf and Bay Club does not allow owners or guests from Bayside to drive through their property for drop-off purposes, including for elderly guests.

The fitness room is located in the building near the large pool, around the backside of the building. Look for the outside door labeled “Fitness. All amenities are locked. Please use the key from your key packet to access the fitness room.

There are 2 pickle 2 pickleball courts and one tennis court available for use. The courts are located behind the main office building.

Courts are open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Court access requires the key from your key packet. Courts can be reserved using the sign-up sheet in the front office. A limited number of pickleball paddles and balls are also available in the office for guest use.

Pool Hours & Heating
Pools are open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and are heated.

Pool Access
Use the black fob attached to your key ring to access the pool areas.

Pool Seating
Ther are lounge chairs available at the pools.

• Fishing is allowed from the bay dock between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
• Fishing is NOT allowed in the lakes

• 2 BBQ grills located behind the office building
• 4 BBQ grills located near the clubhouse building

Grills are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please clean the grill after use.

Golf carts are allowed with the following requirements:

• Must be parked in the unit driveway
• Must display a parking pass

Motorcycles and scooters are not permitted on the property.

Boats, trailers, and motor homes are not allowed on the property.
