1 – How do I get onto the Portal to get information?

Your owner portal is the best way to communicate with Gulf Coast Property Management. General questions, billing questions, and service requests can be entered here, and our management system keeps a history of the request from start to finish! Each type of request is sent to the appropriate team member for attention.

To access the portal, go to: portal.choosegulfcoast.com

To submit requests through your owner portal:

Portal Dashboard > My Items > Submit a Request > General Request > Choose a Type of Request > Service Request – Association responsibility only

2 – How do I schedule Pest Control for my unit?

Please either put in a Work Order, or email the General Manager CAM, MaryAnn Burchell – m.burchell@choosegulfcoast.com

3 – What are my voting rights in the condominium association?

Each unit has a single vote. If there is more than one owner, you may designate who the voter will be.

4 – What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?

None inside unit. See Documents section under Association” Go down to – ‘Governing Documents’ – ‘Bayside Rules and Regs’ for further information.

5 – What restrictions exist in the condominium document on the leasing of my unit?

You may lease your unit anytime throughout the year with a minimum of a 7 day lease.

6 – How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type and when are they due?

7 – Do I have to be a member in any other association? NO – If so, what is the name of the association and what are my voting rights in this association? None. Also, how much are my assessments? None

8 – Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities? NO. If so, how much am I obligated to pay annually – None

9 – Is the condominium association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000? If so, identify each such case. NO

10 – Is the condominium created within a portion of a building or within a multiple parcel building? NO
